In Denia, the gate to the Costa Blanca, we present the Villa Vistamar. We offer a detached house with a living area of about 150 sqm on a plot of 1600 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, spacious dining room, living room with a spectacular sea view. In front oft he house you have 2 parking spaces and a big garage. At the entrance gate to the plot you find an intercom. The ground floor of the house you reach with 10 steps down. From the hallway you enter into a separate kitchen with a bartable for 4 persons. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable leather couch and 2 armchairs and a great panoramic window offers a spectacular seaview. Of course there you find a flat screen tv with SAT TV. Under the the stairway to the first floor you have a little room where we keep vacuum cleaner, cleaning stuff, iron and iron table. There is also a shelf to store things. On the groundfloor you have 2 spacious double bedrooms with built-in closets. These bedrooms have massive wooden beds 180 x 200 cm each with 2 matresses and 2 5-zone comfort bedsteads. There are large pillows and duvets. Between the 2 bedrooms you have a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower of 150 x 80cm with rainshower, toilet, urinal and wash basin.

A third double bedroom with a massive wooden bed of 150x200 cm wardrobe , TV and an attached roof terrace with a super view to sea and mountain is on the first floor. Up there you have a second bathroom en suite with large shower with rainshower, toilet and wash basin. This room you reach through a stairway in the living room .


Equipment

TV Sets with SAT TV you will find in the livingroom and in 2 bedrooms. All the windows of the house have moskito screens and roller shutters. In front oft he living room you have a large roofed terrace with a comfortable diningtable and a gas barbecue. From this terrace you have10 steps to the large pool terrace with a pool of 4 x 8 m with roman stairway (water 1m to 2m deep). Surrounded by mediterranean plants together with the spectacular seaview you have an unforgettable ambiance. 6 sun loungers and 3 large palm sun umbrellas, a cold-warm outdoor shower, an extra refrigerator at the side of the shower offers you all the luxury you need for a wonderful vacation.

In the basement you find a room that contains a washing machine, drying facility and a sink to clean your beachwear. There we offer you beachmats and sand toys. The house is equipped with an electrical marble stone heating in all rooms. All bedrooms and the living room have separate air conditions with cooling and heating. In the livingroom we have a fireplace working with gas. Hotwater you get with 2 electric water heaters.

Additional costs

Rental deposit of € 300 has to be payed in cash at arrival.
Electricity will be charged by consumption with € 0,35 per Kwh. Gas will be charged by consumption.
Bedlinens per person and change € 7,50
Set of towels (1 shower towel 150 x 100 cm, 2 towels 100 x 50 cm) per set and change € 7,50. Dish towels and bath mats we provide free of charge.
Internet 10 € per week.
The final cleaning will be charged with € 180.

Dogs can be brought by prior agreement, we will charge an extra of € 50. The plot is completely fenced.

We are already repeat offenders of the wonderful Villa Vistamar .... and this autumn we were able to enjoy our vacation again with our two kids (11 and 9 years old) and our Labrador Finn. We stayed at Villa Vistamar for 2 weeks from the end of September to the beginning of October with the fantastic view of the sea and the pine trees - the name of the villa fits perfectly. Our hosts, the Pickel family, are great and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the great service (handover of the keys also on Sunday morning). The Villa Vistamar is a spacious and well-equipped holiday home (it really has everything!) In a quiet area with a well-kept pool area. We will also be repeat offenders again, because a holiday in Denia with the Pickel family is really very relaxing and wonderful.

We stayed at Villa Vistamar for 10 days in August 2019 as a family of four. The house is very well maintained and fully equipped. From the terraces and the pool you have a very nice view of the sea. The landlords took care of everything and would always have been available if there was a problem. However, this was not the case and we were able to fully enjoy our stay.
